Globally, climate leadership at all levels of governance are facing increasing political challenges and barriers to implementation of new climate policies. Despite growing scientific consensus on the importance of climate action, international climate negotiations continue to stall. Additionally, the United States has dramatically stalled major renewable energy projects and rolled back landmark environmental policies. 

In spite of all of the headwinds, now is the time for climate leadership.
